COVID-19: Suspected case tested negative in Borno

The suspected COVID-19 case in Borno who was isolated at the hospital has tested negative to the virus as announced the management of the University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital (UMTH).

This was disclosed by Prof. Mala Sandade, the Chairman of Medical Advisory Committee (CMAC) at a press conference on Wednesday in Maiduguri.

Sandabe disclosed that the results from the specimen taken from the suspected case for test at the National Center for Disease Control (NCDC) Abuja, came back negative.
