NYSC 2025 BATCH C REGISTRATION: How To Apply

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has disclosed that online registration for the 2025 Batch C will commence on Tuesday, 4th November.


The scheme announced on Sunday, via a notification on its official Facebook account, that registration for both foreign-trained and locally trained graduates will take place from November 4 to 9.

In the Facebook post, a mobilization timetable was embedded, which indicated that highlighted dates were tentative.

According to the timetable, the pre-camp physical verification of credentials for foreign-trained graduates is scheduled for 9–13 November, while ICT action is billed for 12–15 November.

Online printing of deployment letters by corps-producing institutions and physical delivery of call-up letters to schools is scheduled for 16–18 November.

Prospective corps members are also expected to print their call-up letters within the same window, 16–18 November.

The NYSC further noted that the 2025 Batch C orientation course dates will be announced later.

HOW TO APPLY FOR NYSC 2025 BATCH C

DID YOU MAKE THE SENATE LIST?

As a fresh graduate awaiting NYSC, the first thing you must do is to ensure that your name appears on the NYSC Senate List portal before you attempt registration.

After you have confirmed that your name is on the NYSC Senate List portal, you can proceed with registration.

But if you did not see your name on the said list, contact the directorate of the Student Affairs Office in your institution for clarification.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

A fresh graduate who has confirmed his name on the NYSC Senate List must collate his or her academic credentials, such as the original and photocopies of his or her degree certificate or statement of results.

He or she must collate all documents of identification, like the NIN slip, international passport, or voter’s card.

He or she must have at least four recent passport photos with a white background.

He or she must be in possession of medical certificates for possible health-related redeployment or requirements.

ONLINE REGISTRATION

He or she should visit the official NYSC portal at portal.nysc.org.ng.

He or she should click on “Mobilization” and select “Fresh Registration.”

He or she should fill in his or her personal details, including name, date of birth, and phone number. 

He or she should upload required documents.

He or she should pay the registration fee of ₦3,000 via Remita or card payment.

He or she should visit an NYSC-accredited cyber cafe for thumbprinting after registration.

NOTABLE DATES

Fresh graduates on the NYSC Senate List must not forget the registration date—November 4 – 9 for Stream 1.They must not forget the registration date for stream 2, which is expected to be in early January 2026.

They must not forget arrival and departure dates for orientation camp—November 19 to December 9, 2025, for Stream 1.

PRECAUTIONS OR SAFETY TIPS

Fresh graduates on the NYSC Senate List should register early to avoid portal congestion. 

They should ensure accurate details to avoid disqualification.

They should monitor the dashboard for call-up letter availability.

They should prepare for camp by budgeting for expenses and packing essentials.

They should stay glued to their portal for updates.
