Dowen College: Sylvester Oromoni’s family celebrates posthumous birthday for their son

Following his death which was caused by the assault he was allegedly subjected to by his schoolmates, late Dowen College student, Sylvester Oromoni’s family are celebrating his birthday today December 4.

Within Nigeria recalls that Sylvester Oromoni’s father had promised his late son a posthumous birthday while attending to questions in a recent interview.

Fulfilling their promise, Sylvester’s family made a slideshow which captured Sylvester’s childhood moments, with tributes which expressed how much they missed him and some of the things he loved doing.

His sister wrote:

“Happy birthday Sylvester oromoni jnr ,today would have been ur 12th birthday ,but the wickead and evil people of this world took you away from us ,I know that you’re no longer here with us but heaven will celebrate you ,and GOD will fight your battles and expose all the evil and wickead people involved in your death ,I luv u so much my sweet boy that loves to play ps2 and soccer a lot ,#justiceforsylvester”
