Actress Omotola honoured by the United Nations as one of the most influential people from Africa

Actress Omotola honoured by the United Nations

For some days now, the veteran actress has been hinting fans about this upcoming achievement with the pictures she has been sharing on her Instagram page.

These photos highlighted her wining and dining with other renowned people in several private receptions in honour of her and several other new members of a particular academy.

Also, the beautiful mother of four featured in a UN Most Influential People from African Descent (Mipad) Leadership Training which also saw several other dignitaries in attendance. It was after wetting the appetites of her fans with these pictures of her in the US that she let the cat out of the bag.

The actress who recently bagged an award at the just concluded Africa Magic Viewers Choice Award 2018 has proven her relevance yet again with this new recognition as one of the most influential persons from Africa.

In capturing her appreciation and excitement over her latest success, Omosexy, as she is popularly called, shared some lovely pictures of herself and wrote this expressive caption:

 “Honoured to be one of the Most Influential 100 People of African Descent at the United Nations by @mipad100.”

Many fans of the actress have taken to congratulating her on her new recognition. A lot of them attested to the fact that she was worth the attention and honour.

A well expressed congratulatory message also came from Joke Silva, a veteran actress and Omotola’s colleague, in the Nollywood industry.

In sending forth her best wishes with regards to this achievement and congratulating her illustrious friend, 57-year-old Joke had this to say:
