Katsina United FC, on Thursday, via their Twitter handle @fckatsinaunited, revealed that Super Eagles goalkeeper, Ikechukwu Ezenwa, has signed with the club after he passed his medicals.

They shared a photo of the goalkeeper undergoing his medicals while revealing that his addition to the team would give them the necessary boost in the new season.

The photo of another alleged player of the club was also shared.

In response to the photos Nigerians wondered how medicals could be carried out in such an environment.

Sad tales from Nigerian club football.

Players in the @LMCNPFL league purportedly having medicals ahead of their moves to their new clubs.

Are these sick people or players undergoing medicals? pic.twitter.com/2hmiXruLwR

God save us in this country. But waitoooo let’s see what other @NPFLOfficial clubs are doing as medicals first. Then we will know if @fckatsinaunited are way ahead of the pack or the train has left them behind

Nigerian player in the NPFL no do medicals, we complain. Dem do, we complain. What does it matter where its done or how, as far as the players is found to be healthy. Good job @fckatsinaunited.
