Man reportedly finds human pen*s in food he bought from vendor (Photo)

An unidentified man has found what looks like a man’s reproductive organ in the food, he bought from a vendor. The man had bought the meal of rice and beans from a food vendor, he says he doesn’t know — and while eating the food, he saw the strange looking meat.

Sadly, he says he can’t recollect what the food vendor looks like.
