President Buhari signs 2019 budget into law

Earlier today, President Buhari signed the 2019 appropriation bill of N8.91 trillion into law.  In attendance at the signing ceremony were VP Yemi Osinbajo, Senate President Bukola Saraki, Speaker Yakubu Dogara and others.
