The Senate on Tuesday proceeded on a two-month annual vacation and adjourned plenary till September 24.

This followed a motion to that effect moved by the Senate Leader, Senator Yahaya Abubakar, and seconded by the Minority Leader, Senator Enyennaya Abaribe.
