Tragedy struck in Niger community as a tanker exploded which left one dead and 10 others injured at Dilko Junction in Suleja Local Government Area of Niger State.
It was gathered that 19 vehicles were destroyed in the incident while people who were severely injured rushed to Umar Musa Hospital in Sabon Wuse.
Workers of the State Fire Service together with firefighters showed at the scene of the incident with their colleagues in the Federal Fire Service and their efforts could only bring the fire under control around 4:30am on Saturday morning.
