A yet-to-be identified young man has reportedly died after falling off a mountain today, June 20, in Kubwa, Abuja.
According to reports, it was said that the young man was hiking alongside others when he tripped off and fell to his death.
The incident happened at one of the mountains in the residential district located in Bwari Area Council.
In the short video that surfaced online, a group of men could be seen carrying him to a car.
Upon confirming he was in badly injured and needed medical attention, he was rushed to Kubwa General Hospital in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) where he was declared dead.

I witnessed someone fall off that Kubwa mountain in 2010. He was rushed to the hospital, I doubt he survived.

In other news, a man who is a resident of Lagos State has been prevented from jumping into Lagos lagoon as the state police command said on Tuesday that its men saw him trying to end it all.
According to men of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS) of the Lagos State Police Command, the unnamed man was seen on Monday evening attempting to jump from the Oworo end of the Third Mainland Bridge into the lagoon.
