JUST IN: Former APC Vice Chairman, Inuwa Abdulkadir is dead

The immediate past National Vice Chairman (North-West), of the All Progressives Congress, Inuwa Abdulkadir, is dead.

He died in the early hours of Monday after a brief illness.

A friend and his colleague in the defunct Adams Oshiomhole-led APC National Working Committee, who was the Deputy National Chairman (North), Senator Lawal Shuaibu, confirmed his death to newsmen.

‘Yes he was sick and he died in the early hours of today, another source declared.

Inuwa was a member of the recently dissolved National Working Committee, (NWC).

In another sadden news, WITHIN NIGERIA reported that a former General Manager of the Lagos State Infrastructure Maintenance and Regulatory Agency, Jide Odekunle is dead.

Odekunle served under former Governor Akinwunmi Ambode’s administration for four years and 11 months.

Odekunle studied Computer Science at the University of Ibadan.

Before his appointment at LASMIRA, he worked as Sales Director at Ceragon Networks and was also the Chief Marketing Officer at Nera Microwave.

He was until his death the Bobagunwa of Egbaland.
