Olayomi Koiki, spokesperson for Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Igboho, on Monday, January 26, disclosed that Igboho has been cleared by the Presidency.

He also attributed the new development to the intervention of prominent Yoruba monarchs, including the Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Rashidi Ladoja, and the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, who lobbied President Bola Tinubu to remove Igboho’s name from the wanted list.

He thanked President Tinubu, Yoruba monarchs, and Yoruba sons and daughters worldwide for their support during Igboho’s exile.

However, as at the time of filing this report, the Tinubu-led administration has not released a press statement to such effects nor has any aide reacted to the said development.
