Nicki Minaj has sparked pregnancy speculation with her fans already congratulating her on her page.

It started after the 36-year-old rapper shared a loved up video with her boyfriend Kenneth Petty rubbing her belly as she flaunted her cleavage in a colorful dress.

‘Why are you rubbing my stomach?’ asked Minaj in the video she posted to her Instagram.
