A video of a yet-to-be identified policeman arguing over price of bribe offered to him by two men after he arrested a bikeman over traffic offence has surfaced online.
Inside the 2-minute video, the police officer who was resting on the bike can be seen yelling at the bikeman who offered him the sum of #100 while the friend of the bikeman can be seen defending the bikeman.
The friend of the bikeman called the attention of another police officer to explain the situation of things to him and further disclosed that the bikeman is broke and he was on his way to his place to retrieve the money he borrowed him and he was the one who gave him the #100 too.
As at the time of reportage, the venue of the incident is unknown.
