Delayed Elections: Woman who brought mat to Presidential election poll unit adds Card games during governorship elections

A woman in Enugu predicted the late arrival of INEC Officials and voting materials, went to the polling unit with her mat and pillow so she could patiently ‘lie in wait’ (literally) for INEC Officials during the Presidential elections.

Probably mere lying down was boring during the last polls so she came out today for the governorship and State House of Assembly election with WHOT, a Card game to play while they wait for delayed INEC Staff in their poll UNIT. See photos below.
