Tension in University of Calabar Teaching Hospital as Medical Doctors and Laboratory Technicians clash on Thursday, 5th of August.

This ugly incident occured at the Pathology section of the teaching hospital where some people were seen running carelessly for safety as two fight with wooden tables while some ladies were seen yelling at the scene of the incident.

Within Nigeria learnt that misunderstanding, lack of mutual respect and scornful look at each profession led to the conflict between the Laboratory Technicians and Medical Doctors in the hospital complex.

Angry protesters dressed in white labcoats displaying placards with solidarity songs that lyrically talk about fighting for rights were captured in the viral video.
