Tragedy as a Nigerian woman and her two children, both under 10 were burnt to death in a fire outbreak in Rivers state.
WITHIN NIGERIA learnt that the tragic incident occured inside the woman’s one room apartment at Alikor estate in Choba, Rivers state today April 28th.
According to reports, the incident happened in the early hours of today, the fire is suspected to have been caused by the adulterated kerosene she poured into her cooking stove. Their bodies have been evacuated.
Her body and those of her children have been deposited at the morgue. See photos below.

In a related news, acting Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Science and Technology, wife and children were burnt to death after fire razed their building. The fire became uncontrollable at 3am, destroying properties worth millions of naira and eventually led to the death of the man, his pregnant wife and two children.
