Twitter user demands justice for his friend allegedly assaulted by NDLEA officials in Rivers

Twitter user @Ocaleb88 is demanding justice for his friend who was recently allegedly assaulted by men of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency NDLEA, in Rivers state.
